Hello, my name is Steve. I'm not a large corporation. I'm a dad and a volunteer baseball coach in Northwest Indiana.

My goal is simple: to offer a fair, straightforward, no-pressure solution to a stressful situation so these struggling neighbors can find a way out from under a burdensome property and move on with peace of mind.
